Kichler Lighting

With over 100+ releases over 3 years, I had the opportunity in enhancing Kichler’s catalog and growth in all categories. I helped push the boundary of standard silhouettes at the time, encourage unique treatments and new materials and identified trends through travel, natural materials, textures, architecture and more. I worked closely with the factories to provide new looks, techniques and methods while balancing Kichler’s market, price point and aesthetic.

With having the background in product development, I also helped internally with resource material and category opportunities, enhance cross functional relationships, gap analysis, insights, internal style guides and business presentations.
